The first thing you can try to improve the chances of getting a BTS concert is to be born in South Korea. BTS is a South Korean musical band. So they mostly perform in South Korea other than the rest of the world. You need to be born in South Korea to increase your chances of visiting a BTS concert in Bitlife.
When you create a new life, make sure that the country of your character is South Korea. If your character had a different country, you could create a new life until your character was born in South Korea. Apart from that, you can migrate to South Korea if you are born in a different Country.
The other thing you can do to increase your chances of visiting a BTS concert in Bitlife is to retry every year until you see a BTS concert. If you went to a different concert with your friend other than a BTS concert, then age up by one year, and go to another show with your friend.
